FAQ

How much is postage? We use Australia Post to ship your orders.  For parcels 3kg or under shipping will be a flat rate of $12.50 for parcel post and $20.00 for express.

For parcels over 3kg shipping will be $20.00 for parcel post and $25.00 for express

We offer local delivery for $5 with a minimum order of $25. At checkout if you are within a 20km radius of us, you will have the option to select local delivery. 

Where are you located? We are located on the Sunshine Coast, Qld.  We are an online only store and you are only able to purchase your items online and have them delivered.

Do you ship internationally?  We do not ship internationally and currently only deliver to Australia 

What are your payment options?  We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay,

Why is an item out of date?  Most of the items we sell are not perishables and do have an extended shelf life past their best before date.  Products that are nearing their best before date will be noted in the product description on the website (these are usually imported chips e.g hot cheetos etc).  Unlike products that have an expiry date, items that are past their best before dates are usually safe to eat.  Products that are past their best before date will be discounted on the website and clearly stated that they are past their best before date.  We are unable to offer refunds on these out of date items where it has been indicated that it is discounted due to past the best before date.

Do you take product requests?  Yes! Absolutely!  New products are always arriving but if you would like to make a suggestion of an item you'd like to see us stock, please send us an email and we will definitely look into it for you.  We cant guarantee that we can stock the requested product but we sure will try.

Do you do custom, corporate or large orders? Absolutely! Please email us if you have a custom order request at info@coastalconfectionery.com.au and we will do our best to accomodate your request.  We also accept corporate and large order, please email us to discuss
